Main duties:

  • Write the texts/descriptions to promote LuxairTours hotels, destinations and products for the various online and offline media, taking into account the established commercial objectives (targets, concept to be highlighted, season, communication/distribution channel);
  • Perform and coordinate translations and ensure quality control;
  • Identify the characteristics and attributes to be highlighted for each hotel, create and maintain an accurate database for each of the selected hotels (fact sheet);
  • Select the visuals by adapting this choice according to the defined objectives (targets, concept, season, communication/distribution channels);
  • Development of marketing content;
  • Assist internal departments in case of content-related issues (hotels, concepts, destinations) during the booking process or for after-sales follow-up;
  • Ensure the relevance and constant updating of the content by having it regularly validated by the hoteliers / Contracting & Product Managers / LuxairTours representatives present at the different destinations, by adapting the content following errors found at destination and by relying on / comparing the publications of the competition;
  • Interact regularly with the various internal stakeholders (Marketing, Contracting & Product Management, Calculation, Paper Publication) to ensure coordinated and efficient production;
  • Participate to the continuous updating & optimization and ensure the accuracy of the data in the service-specific system.

Required profile:

Minimum required criteria

  • Hold a Master’s degree in Digital Communication and/or equivalent confirmed professional experience in the field of marketing;
  • Fluent in English (oral and written – mother tongue) and have a good knowledge of
    French and/or German languages;
  • Have good writing skills and be able to translate into the mother tongue (English);
  • Have a good knowledge of the common computer tools;
  • Have a good knowledge of the tourism industry;
  • Be proactive, make a proposal and know how to take responsibility;
  • Be rigorous, precise, fast and have high resistance to stress;
  • Have a strong organizational and planning capacity;
  • Be able to work in open space and meet deadlines.
