A Translation Services Translation Specialist has exceptional linguistic and translation skills, organization and attention to detail, and excellent communication to manage relationships with colleagues, external partners and other stakeholders.
The Translation Specialist manages quality by assessing and scoring translations (both machine-generated and human), working with language assets like style guides, translation memories and term bases, and providing comprehensive and structured feedback supported by sound knowledge of MQM’s framework. This feedback will be used to improve human linguists’ quality, train and enhance machine translation engines as well as quality prediction models. The candidate will be comfortable working in an international, fast-paced environment, where change and ambiguity are present as we constantly grow, improve, and innovate.
