13th International Conference on Language Transfer in Audiovisual Media

The 13th edition of Languages & the Media will be held online. Due to the continued uncertainties surrounding international travel and large-scale gatherings associated with the COVID-19 pandemic, we have reluctantly made the decision to migrate the conference to a virtual format. While there are hopeful signs on the horizon, the situation remains too unpredictable and we feel that deciding without further delay to move the conference online will alleviate uncertainty for all participants.
The conference, which will take place as a five-day virtual event on 20 – 24 September 2021, will once again bring together leading academic experts and key industry stakeholders for a packed programme that will focus on the latest trends and technologies in the world of media localisation and access services.
