The Translation & Terminology team
The T&T Team is responsible for the implementation of SDL tools (Specification and Description Language) within MDM (Master Data Management), as well as task management and integration of Machine Translation.
- Implementation: SDL Trados, SDL MultiTerm, SDL GroupShare, SDL BeGlobal, SDL MultiTerm Widget
- Implementation of Marketing translations
- Implementation of the SEO tool within SDL
- Onboarding suppliers’ multilingual data
- Translation memory creation & maintenance
- Glossary creation
- SEO terminology management
- Support MDM team
Your responsibilities
- Participate in streamlining of SDL processes
- Analyze and improve translations process
- Provide timeous and effective customer support within the MDM team
- Investigate mutually beneficial sharing of multilingual data with vendors
- Prepare multilingual data from vendors for Office Depot use
- Collaborate with all internal stakeholders through effective information sharing
Your profile
- 3rd year student interested in Bachelor and/or Master internship
- Great customer focus, strong analytical skills with strong problem-solving capabilities
- Excellent communication skills, fluent English language ability. Other language skills such as: Dutch, German, Spanish, French and/or Italian, would be an advantage, but they are not mandatory
