This year, and for the first time in its history, AIIC Netherlands’ signature event is going online, and we would be delighted if you could join us.
We will seek to understand why the principle of Universal Jurisdiction is making a strong comeback.
Legal experts in the field will explain how Universal Jurisdiction came into being, what its advantages and disadvantages are and whether some countries are better equipped than others to try cases under Universal Jurisdiction.
There will be two Q&A Sessions during the Symposium. You will be able to submit and upvote questions on Sli.do.com (Event code: AIICNL_UJ), starting from 4 October.
The AIIC NL Legal Symposium on Universal Jurisdiction is open to all categories of AIIC members of all regions, as well as other interested individuals.
The registration fee is 15 CHF for AIIC members and 25 CHF for non-AIIC members.
